The Drift

Every business just inherited a universe.

AI landed everywhere at once: your inbox, your spreadsheets, your browser, your phone. The tools are powerful, affordable and already sitting in front of your team.

And most teams are drifting through it.

Someone opens a chatbot, asks a question, copies the answer and goes right back to working the old way. That isn’t transformation. It’s sightseeing.

Access isn’t adoption.

Sound familiar?
  • Your team has AI tools, but only a few people really use them.
  • You’re not sure what’s safe to hand to AI.
  • You’ve tried a few things and nothing stuck.
  • You know AI could save time, but not where to start.
  • Your people are worried AI will replace them.

Agencies, clinics, law and accounting firms, real estate teams and the trades all run into these. So do the people leaders bringing their teams along.

The System

The forces I put in orbit.

This is how I help. Every part is tuned to your people, your clients and the work that fills your day.

Six planets, one for each way I help. Pick one to fly to it and open its card.

Mission Control

Every team. Every function. Same mission.

The same approach works for sales, operations, client service, leadership and the founder doing all of it at once. Step inside ZeroSum Studio, a fictional company running on the kind of AI systems I design.

Mission Control holds hands-on demos of AI at work inside ZeroSum Studio, a fictional company with sample data. Each demo has its own tab.

  • Opportunity Map shows which tasks to hand to AI first. Pick a type of business to see its tasks placed by how much they pay off and how much they take to set up.
  • Workflow Studio follows one client inquiry from start to finish. AI sorts it and drafts the reply, and a person approves the reply before automation sends it.
  • Team Workspace shows AI as a teammate in a shared document. It suggests tighter wording, pulls out the tasks and drafts the email to the client.
  • Client Pipeline shows AI finding the clients who have gone quiet and drafting a follow-up for each in the tone you pick. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
  • Ops Dashboard shows a leader how the business is trending by week, month or quarter and by team, with a short summary written by AI.
  • Source Check shows why an AI draft is checked before it’s sent. It compares a reply that sounds right with the client’s agreement and points out what’s wrong.

When AI is on, anything you type into a demo runs through it, and its answers are marked AI-written. Please don’t type anything sensitive.

Mission Control was built with AI tools, the same way I teach teams to build their own.

    The Flight Plan

    How an engagement flies.

    1. Map

      Chart the real terrain.

I learn how work actually moves through your business, from the people doing it rather than the org chart. Where does time leak? What gets redone? What does everyone quietly dread?

    2. Design

      Engineer the system.

I design new ways of working with AI, with the instructions, review steps and plain-language guides that make them repeatable.

    3. Launch

      Pilot small, then scale.

We start with a small crew, surface the gaps fast and fix the instructions before rollout. Then I train everyone else with live sessions, one-on-one coaching and job aids people actually use.

    4. Orbit

      Keep it in orbit.

I measure what changed, tighten what didn’t and hand you a system your team owns.

    The Work

    An architect, caught up.

A real story from my first pilot: an architect swamped with work, how AI helped one job at a time and what the architect reported. The names are fictional.

    What you walk away with
    • A map of where AI pays off in your business.
    • New workflows with step-by-step guides.
    • A team trained on its own work.
    • Clear rules for what AI should never touch.
    • A system your team owns.

    Ways to start

Start small, or go all in.

    • First session

One session on your real work

A hands-on session at your office, built around one real piece of your team’s work. It’s the quickest way to see what AI can do for you.

    • Pilot

      One workflow, end to end

Pick the work that eats the most time. I map it, rebuild it with AI and prove it with a small crew.

    • Flight plan

      The full rollout

I take your team or business through Map, Design, Launch and Orbit, with everyone trained on their own work.

    • Partnership

      An ongoing partner

Keep me on as AI keeps changing: new tools, tune-ups and fresh coaching as your team grows.

    Frequently asked questions
    How does pricing work?
Every project is scoped on its own, so pricing depends on the work. It starts with a conversation about what you need.
    Is our information safe?
Every system I design sets clear rules for what AI should never touch, with review steps before anything goes out.
Do we need to be technical?
Not at all. I work in plain language and train people on their own real work.
Which AI tools do you use?
I use whichever ones fit your business. I’m not tied to any one product.
How big does our company need to be?
I work with everyone from solo founders to enterprise teams.
    Is this a one-time project?
It can be. Some teams take the controls at hand-off. Others keep me on as a partner as AI keeps changing.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
I’m based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I work with businesses across the US, in person at your office or remotely. In the Tulsa area there’s no travel cost. Farther out, travel is part of the quote.
    Origin

    Teacher. Operator. Explorer.

I didn’t come to AI from a computer science lab. I came to it from teaching, from running operations and from pushing these tools hard myself.

    1. The Teacher

I know how people actually learn.

I’ve taught, mentored and built training people actually follow, including evaluation rubrics clear enough for anyone to use.

    2. The Operator

I know how work actually works.

I’ve run day-to-day operations and advised businesses on everything from contracts to technology. An MBA gave me the frameworks; the front line gave me the instincts. When I fix a process, it stays fixed.

    3. The Explorer

I know how AI actually behaves.

I help shape frontier AI models behind the scenes, often before the public sees them. So by the time a tool reaches your desk, I know what it can really do, where it bluffs and how to build around both.

You’re flying near an anomaly. Prepare to answer a question to escape its gravity.

The page holds here for a few seconds until the question appears.

    Convergence

The people. The work. The machine.

Most experts specialize in just a piece of it. My work lives where all of them converge, which is exactly where AI adoption succeeds or fails.

Where all three meet, the work takes flight.

    The Laws of Physics

Every universe runs on laws. These are mine.

    • Clarity is a force multiplier.

If someone new can’t follow it on their first try, it isn’t finished. I turn long, ambiguous instructions into steps anyone can run.

    • Verify, then trust.

AI can be brilliant and wrong in the same sentence. I build in the checkpoints that tell you which is which.

    • People over platforms.

Tools change monthly. Your people are the constant. I invest in their judgment, not in any one product.

    • Your crew holds the controls.

Everything I build, your team can fly on its own. Keeping me on as AI evolves is a choice, never a dependency.

    The Horizon

The next frontier belongs to the teams that learn to fly.

Every company now has access to the same AI. What will separate them is the crew: people who know how to use it, question it and build with it. That’s the crew I build.

Everything on this page, from the galaxy to the hidden games, was built with the same AI tools I teach teams to use.
